You may choose to make AMICUS the beneficiary of any savings arrangement, such as a savings account or certificate of deposit.

To do this, you will make AMICUS a joint owner of your account with rights of survivorship only.

At any time you can change the survivor designation, close the account, or withdraw the money. AMICUS has no claim whatsoever to your account. When a gift passes to AMICUS from your savings arrangement, the amount is deductible for tax purposes.
