A simple contract guarantees you a fixed income in exchange for a gift to AMICUS foundation. A gift annuity is a contract between you and AMICUS foundation whereby the foundation agrees to pay you income for life generated from your initial charitable gift to AMICUS.

This innovative charitable gift allows for a current year tax deduction, delayed capital gains taxes, and a tax-free income for a designated period of time.
